This building is a state of the art high school. The building is large enough to require two chillers and three boilers. The setting of the four large air handlers in the four penthouses after the penthouses were complete, except for one wall, required extensive coordination and planning. Due to the building design, which included the extensive use of skylights, the routing, coordination, and installation of the piping systems in this structure was a challenge. The building was the first to utilize PPP Inc.’s electronic trap primers controlled by the DDC System.
