	At almost 270,000 square feet this project required two chillers, four boilers, and thirteen large air handlers. The mechanical system included a four pipe heating and cooling system and extensive science lab systems. Once all slabs were completed it took only 14 months to complete the project. Extensive coordination drawings were a large part of the early completion.
